Our Mission

To improve and perpetuate competent volleyball and softball officiating at all levels of play, and to provide auxiliary services to sporting events in the Central Florida area.

As a governing organization, FPOA develops, produces, and schedules volleyball and softball officials for public, private, and charter high schools in the Central Florida area. We have built a strong group of over 200 experienced and elite officials, who are committed to ethical behavior, ensuring fair play, and applying and displaying the appropriate mechanics and rules of the game. We continue to extend our reach as “professional officials” while making impacts to advance volleyball and softball officials that are consistently requested for state and championship level contests. As part of our commitment to good sportsmanship, we operate and maintain positive relationships with athletic directors, coaches, players, fans, and media representatives.
